Heat at Home: Frozen Thai Curry

We currently have freshly frozen Thai Curry available.

Order our Auththentic Thai Curry that has been freshly frozen, ready for you to reheat at home. Available Tuesday to Thursday only. These curries do not include rice.

To reheat, place the microwave-safe container in a microwave on full power, stirring every 2mins until piping hot. Each curry takes approximately 6-8mins to reheat depending on microwave power. Or place contents into a pan on the stove while regularly stirring on medium heat. Ensure all curry is piping hot throughout before consuming. For best results remove from the freezer the night before you wish to reheat, this will also reduce reheating time.

Thai Green Vegetable Curry

Thai Green Curry is a simple but aromatic mild to medium-heat curry made with a range of vegetables including:
Bamboo Shoots, Green Bell Peppers, Green Beans, Aubergine, courgette and Carrot in an infused Coconut Milk using herbs and spices including Green Chilli, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Shallot, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Peel, Basil and Coriander, along with traditional seasonings.
This curry is the best-known Thai curry and not without reason, from its simple and humble beginnings it is now eaten around the world.

Thai Red Vegetable Curry

Thai Red Curry comes in various versions, here we keep to the traditional basics of a Red Panang Curry to showcase the core authentic herbs and spices. This curry is made with a range of vegetables including:
Bamboo Shoots, Red Bell Peppers, Green Beans, mangetout, Baby Corn, and Carrot in a Coconut Milk infused with herbs and spices including Garlic, Dried Red Chilli, Lemon Grass, Shallots, Galangal, Mungbean, Kaffir Lime Peel, Cumin, Pepper and Coriander, along with traditional seasonings.
If you haven’t tried a red curry before, it’s a great fruity and fragrant flavour with a spicy kick to warm you up.

Thai Yellow Potato & Squash Curry

Thai Yellow Curry is a pure comfort food, it has a mild earthy yet creamy flavour thanks to the well-balanced ingredients including:
Potato, Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato, and Onions in a coconut milk infused with herbs and spices including Tumeric, Garlic, Lemongrass, Shallot, Galangal, Red Chilli, Coriander Seed, Kaffir Lime Peel, Curry Powder, Cumin, Cinnamon, Cardamon and Nutmeg along with traditional seasonings.
This curry could loosely be compared to an Indian Korma but it has a stronger feel-good flavour and always leaves you feeling fulfilled.

Thai Chickpea Massaman Curry

Thai Massaman Curry isn’t often seen on menus outside of Thailand but it’s a true favourite for those who have visited the land of smiles due to its wonderfully complex and deeply aromatic flavours, it uses a blend of classically Indian spices and Thai aromatics. This curry is hearty and filling and includes:
Chickpeas, Diced Red Potatoes, Onion and Carrot in coconut milk infused with Red Chillies, Shallot, Garlic, Coriander Seeds, Cardamon, Mace, Cloves, Lemongrass, Galangal and Kaffir Lime Peel, along with traditional seasonings.
This is a must-try curry for those who love strong flavours with a slight kick of heat.

Curry can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Min 450g.
